Orthopedic & Spine Therapy
Orthopedic & Spine Therapy specializes in the use of manual therapy treatment techniques following the osteopathic model. This hands-on approach emphasizes the assessment and correction of abnormalities of biomechanics, gait, and posture.
Located throughout the state of Wisconsin, they provide many services, including physical therapy, massage therapy, and Functional Movement Screening. Appointment times are available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and we accept all insurances. Most patients are seen within 24 hours of referral if needed.

Absolute Danz
Dancing is a fun, invigorating activity that can be a great compliment to your training at Underground Functional Fitness. We encourage our clients to engage in at least 30 minutes of “fun” exercise a week. Because we only want to provide the highest quality of training, we have affiliated with the most qualified dance instructors in the Fox Valley at Absolute Danz. Voted the Post Crescent’s “Best in the Valley” in 2009, the studio's instructors are also nationally ranked competitive dancers.
